If you want a pretty good baldwin, know that you will be getting a piano with an extremely warm sound. If you play classical or slow songs, this would be great (kawai has the greatest action for slow deep classical music my personal favorite), but if you play more modern and up beat pop songs I would suggest steinway or pramberger. This might cost you from $1000-$4000. Go to your local music store and look for a baldwin and its price. Try and get some ideas from there also. I worked at a music store for a while.

Depending on the height of the upright piano, you can expect the pay anywhere from $1500 to $3500 for a baldwin piano. Chinese and Korean pianos usually are cheaper.
