It's all dead technology. While it may be possible to locate the parts and make the connections it is impractical. Beyond the rarity of parts, the equipment of the time produced such inferior quality sound that you would find it unbearable by today's standards.
Really the only reason to pursue this avenue is if you have an interest in the rarity of the instrument.
Baldwin stopped producing organs of any sort in the 1970s choosing to focus their energies on their highly acclaimed pianos rather than their "fair to middling" organs.
... Many Baldwin organs were sourced in Italy. (don't recall the exact builder, but probably Viscount or General Music.

The Organo was made by Lowrey in the 1950's. It was controlled via contacts mounted under the keys of the piano. Whether it's worth spending any time on as a novelty is debatable. If you want to add external sounds to your piano I would recommend looking at the products sold by http://midi9.com/

I've never heard of an organo, but I would recommend contacting a piano technician who is experienced in player systems. You may have to call several people before you find someone who knows. Your local Baldwin dealer might be the best place to start. The Baldwin website is http://www.gibson.com/en-us/Divisions/Ba… From there, you should be able to find the nearest dealer.
